Last week Dr Ken Whelan, an avid supporter of the club, emailed us with details of an educational video on Bio Security – which demonstrates how we can protect our waters from the spread of invasive species by simply immersing our fishing and wading equipment in hot water after each fishing trip – particularly important for those anglers who fish a variety of waters.
