We had an excellent presentation from Finbar Quigley, Scientist with Meath County Council on the condition of the river Boyne and its tributaries/Boyne catchment area. This was very interesting and informative to the membership. Unfortunately none of our rivers or streams in our catchment are in pristine condition, the best we have is 4 out of 5 but mostly 3. Thank you very much Finbar looking forward to seeing the improvements next year.

We had our presentation for Angler of the year and the heaviest fish. This is run over the season in our club competitions. Congratulations to Ollie Smith who took both prizes.

Ollie Smith & Tommy Keogan, Ollie won both the heaviest fist and the angler of the year.
